Go4Green, part of Idex, is the Belgian leader in the installation of cogeneration units in boiler rooms and monitoring of their data. The company needed to optimize its meter readings in boiler rooms as well as the generation of maintenance reports for its facilities. To do this, BRAFT developed an Android and IOS mobile application for them, allowing the centralization of data for employees and the facilitation of encoding. In addition, BRAFT developed character detection software (OCR) to automatically extract the index values ​​from the photos. Furthermore, all maintenance reports are now generated automatically and in a standardized manner.

Aiset is the Belgian leader in building energy data monitoring and analysis. BRAFT developed a smart mobile application for them that brings all of Aiset’s functionalities directly to a smartphone, fully offline. This solution allows building maintenance controllers to enter and manage large volumes of data without any network connection. Meter readings are performed using OCR technology. Developing this app was a major technical challenge, as it required handling complex backend logic and vast amounts of data entirely on a mobile device, ensuring smooth performance and reliability even offline.

This case involves the implementation of Colibri, a tool developed by Braft, within the Alteo Group and its integration with Aiset. Colibri is designed to process vast amounts of unstructured information, identify relevant data, and make it usable. It has been connected to the group’s database and, thanks to its agent-based capabilities, can both retrieve data from Aiset and inject formatted unstructured data back into it. The tool is also linked to external databases of interest.
