Hereinafter, the Aiset mobile app developed by BRAFT is referred to as the “Service”.

The Service has been developed by BRAFT on behalf of Aiset and is built on top of Aiset’s infrastructure and backend services.

By accessing or using the Service, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the same, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Data Collection and Use

We do not collect any personal information from users through the Service. The only information accessed by the app is:

No other personal data, identifiers, or analytics are collected or transmitted.

2. User Credentials and Security

User identifiers and passwords, when required, are encrypted and securely stored locally on the user’s device and used for identification through Aiset servers. These credentials are never transmitted to BRAFT.

3. Permissions

The application requests access to the device camera. This permission is used solely to allow the user to capture photos directly within the app as part of their workflow (e.g., for documentation purposes related to maintenance or inspections). Images are not automatically uploaded or used in any other context.

4. Data Sent to Aiset

Any information entered by the user through the Service — such as comments, equipment information, energy data, and maintenance-related entries — is sent directly to Aiset’s servers for the purpose of facilitating the operation, maintenance, and tracking of infrastructure managed by the client.

BRAFT does not access, store, or process this data beyond its transmission through the Service.

Please note: Data is stored in servers located in France, operated by OVH. However, this location may change at the discretion of OVH, the hosting provider.

5. User Rights

Depending on applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data (where applicable), or restrict or object to certain types of data processing. As the app itself does not collect or store personal data, most of these rights are not applicable.
